Your Driveway Should Feel as Good as It Looks
Cracked, faded, or uneven asphalt doesn't just drag down your property — it's a safety hazard waiting to happen. We bring it back to life with craftsmanship that stands the test of time.
Complete Asphalt Solutions for Your Property
From driveway resurfacing to full installations, we handle every asphalt project with the care and precision your property deserves.
New Asphalt Installation
Fresh pavement for driveways, parking lots, and access roads. We prepare the base properly so your investment lasts for years, not seasons.
Resurfacing & Overlay
Don't replace — resurface. When your existing base is solid but the surface is worn, a fresh overlay restores appearance and function at a fraction of the cost.
Crack Repair & Patching
Small cracks become big problems fast. We seal, patch, and restore damaged areas before water gets underneath and causes structural failure.
Sealcoating
A protective sealant layer shields your asphalt from UV damage, oil stains, and the freeze-thaw cycles that wreck pavement in Kentucky weather.
Residential Driveways
Your driveway is the first thing people see. We make sure it makes a great impression — smooth, level, and built to handle everything from daily commutes to heavy equipment.
Commercial Parking Lots
From striping to full repaving, we keep your commercial property safe, compliant, and looking professional for customers and employees alike.
Built on Hard Work, Driven by Integrity
Blankenship Asphalt Tech and Training isn't just another paving company — we're your neighbors in Richmond. We know what Kentucky weather does to asphalt because we've seen it firsthand, and we know how to fix it right the first time.
Every project we take on gets the same attention to detail, whether it's a small residential repair or a full commercial parking lot. We don't cut corners on materials, preparation, or cleanup. When we say we'll be there, we show up. When we give you a timeline, we stick to it. That's how we've built a reputation you can count on.
Results That Speak for Themselves
Take a look at some of our recent projects. Every surface we touch gets the full treatment — proper prep, quality materials, and a finish you'll be proud to show off.
